1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use any feature of the hyph666 Platform. Access to the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

1.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your hyph666 account.

1.3 hyph666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

1.4 These Terms are supplemented by hyph666's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms published on the Platform. In the event of conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the hyph666 Platform. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Republic of the Philippines as applicable under PAGCOR regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions. The hyph666 Platform is intended for use by residents and visitors within the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. hyph666 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.

2.3 Accurate Information. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one (1) hyph666 account. Creating duplicate, linked, or associated accounts — whether by the same individual or through shared household members — is prohibited. hyph666 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings where multiple accounts are identified.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). hyph666 may, at any time, require you to complete identity verification by submitting valid government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, Voter's ID) and a selfie photograph. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by hyph666 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hyph666 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify hyph666 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it, except in cases where hyph666 is found to be at fault. hyph666 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access attributable to your failure to maintain account security.

Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered inactive. hyph666 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of up to ₱100 to inactive accounts with a remaining balance, after providing reasonable notice. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period lapses.

3.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your hyph666 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. hyph666 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods may change from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your hyph666 balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Delays caused by third-party payment processors, scheduled maintenance, or network disruptions are outside hyph666's control. hyph666 is not liable for delays caused by payment providers.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available exclusively to players who have: (a) completed KYC identity verification; (b) made at least one qualifying deposit; and (c) complied with all applicable bonus wagering requirements on any bonus-derived balance. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya for fully verified accounts are processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours.

4.4 Withdrawal to Own Account Only. hyph666 processes withdrawals only to payment accounts registered in the same name as the verified hyph666 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal request to a differently-named account will be declined and may trigger a fraud review.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on the hyph666 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Foreign currency transactions, where applicable, are converted at the prevailing market rate and may be subject to conversion fees imposed by your payment provider.

4.6 Transaction Limits. hyph666 reserves the right to apply minimum and maximum transaction limits to both deposits and withdrawals. These limits may vary based on the payment method used, account verification status, and VIP tier. Current transaction limits are displayed at the point of deposit or withdrawal within your account dashboard.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by hyph666 are subject to terms and conditions specific to each offer. These include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. Where specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering multiplier") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type — for example, slot games typically contribute 100% while live table games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. hyph666 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to exploit a bonus with minimal risk ("bonus hunting"), and using automated software to meet wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, hyph666 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.

5.4 Withdrawal Order. Where a player holds both a real money balance and a bonus balance, real money funds are wagered first unless the applicable bonus terms specify otherwise.

5.5 Promotional Eligibility. hyph666 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions may be limited to new players, players in specific regions, or players who have not previously received the same offer. hyph666 may withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not negatively affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered through.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability. 6.2 Random Number Generators. All non-live casino games on the hyph666 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or any other external factor. RNG certifications are maintained by hyph666's game providers.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. 7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct while using the hyph666 Platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform, including game play, bonus collection, or sports betting;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing game information in live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform's games or payment systems;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes in violation of Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and related regulations;
• Providing false or misleading identification documents during KYC verification;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward hyph666 customer support staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with hyph666's software or infrastructure;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, a permanent ban from the Platform, and where required by law, reporting to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 hyph666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in line with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The Platform provides tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

8.2 Age Restriction. Gambling is strictly prohibited for persons under 21 years of age. hyph666 enforces age verification as part of its KYC process. If hyph666 has reason to believe that a registered player is under 21, the account will be suspended pending verification and any winnings accrued during the period of suspected underage play may be voided.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion directly from their account settings. 9.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to hyph666 regarding the Platform may be used by hyph666 without restriction or compensation to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, hyph666 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, data, or goodwill; (c) damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security; or (d) service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or force majeure events.

10.3 hyph666's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 hyph666 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 hyph666 may share your data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed KYC/AML service providers where required by law or necessary to fulfil its legal obligations under Philippine regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

12. Amendments to These Terms

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 hyph666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where hyph666 suspects or identifies: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; bonus abuse; identity fraud; or any other conduct that poses a risk to the Platform or other players.

13.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hyph666 reserves the right to withhold any balance or winnings pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in their entirety and the matter referred to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

13.3 Where an account is closed by hyph666 for reasons other than player misconduct, any verified real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint regarding the hyph666 Platform, you should first contact our customer support team. hyph666 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt. Complex investigations may take longer, in which case you will be informed of the expected timeline.

14.3 Dispute Resolution. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
